I live in SE Michigan and we have a good record community all around here. Vinyl shops are notorious spots for whats new and cool. I do see them in some big box stores now like Target etc but our shops have always been around and some how have toughed it out.
Tip: The Dixieland Flea Market at Telegraph and Dixie Hwy has a older lady in there who has thousands upon thousands of great RaRe, OriGinAl, records all genres and she does nothing online. I've asked a million times and even offered but she is anti computer. I'm telling you there are many gems to be found upon her collection.
