Several days ago, one of Steem witnesses published warning about this user and you may consider it worth checking out:

Perhaps it's best to avoid delegating to coin-double. I have my own doubts if this account is not owned by one of HIVE witnesses and it really seem that they are milking steem. At least, that is my impression.

Currently, I am delegating a significant portion of my steem power via dlease because I don't currently have the time to curate enough. I don't know anything about @coin-doubler other than they happened to be paying the highest rate at the time I delegated through dlease for some of it. If the rates drop enough or I get more time to delegate, the amount I am leasing will drop. How is coin-doubler scamming?

Coin-doubler is indeed providing higherst APR. And they do not "scam" but instead they are milking STEEM blockchain.
