The Brevard Renaissance Fair 2022 (Day 4)

The fourth day of the fair or the second day of the second weekend was a relatively short day. It was cold and wet so we arrived a bit late and left early. Despite the weather and the shorter day it was still a lot of fun.

_{Luku the Mad Skald}

We started off seeing someone we hadn't seen yet to this point, Luku the Mad Skald. I am not sure if he has been here in previous years though I don't recall seeing him before. His shows can be more adult themed in terms of language and he sings everything from traditional faire songs to norse inspired ballads and more.

_{Arthur Greenleaf Holmes}

We stayed at the same location (the Glorious Knothole Pub) for the next act which was The Wildly Inappropriate Poetry of Arthur Greenleaf Holmes. If you love poetry, you'll love this show. If you hate poetry, you'll still love this show...at least as long as you aren't easily offended.

_{The Pride of Ireland}

Next up, still in the same spot, was The Pride of Ireland. Purveyor of Irish music and music that wishes it was Irish, both traditional and original.

This is a shot of the entrance gate taken from near the Royal Family tent...a spot to have lunch out of the rain and wind and also where the nicer bathrooms are...at least for members of the Royal Family.

_{Cu Dubh}

The pipes and drums of Cu Dubh were up next. Most of the time I always seemed to just catch part of their show and this day was no exception.

The last show we caught for the day was the Wayward Bards. I believe their show started around 3:30pm so there were still a couple of hours left before the fair ended for the day but we decided to call it quits a little early.
