The Brevard Renaissance Fair 2022 (Day 8)

We got the latest start so far on day 8. Work got in the way so we didn't arrive until 12:30 or 1. It was another pretty cold but beautiful day.

_{The Jackdaws}

We started off the entertainment by catching The Jackdaws. Their sets conflicted with Randal Piper so typically we would see one or the other.

_{Cu Dubh}

Next up was Cu Dubh. This was another one of those rare times when I think we actually caught their whole set instead of just the end.

_{Celtica Nova}

We were too late to catch Celtica Nova's first set but we caught the second one which was immediately following Cu Dubh's second set on the same stage.

_{Randal Piper and The Wayward Bards}

After lunch it was off to see Randal Piper with The Wayward Bards who had formed a super group so to speak. Also joining them for a song was Arthur Rowan who had appeared at The Brevard Renaissance Fair in years past as one half of Rowan and the Rose.

_{Celtica Nova}

After that it was time for Celtica Nova's last set of the day. You can never have too much flaming bagpipes.

_Sirena

Though we arrived late, we stayed until the end. We caught the end of Sirena's last set right before the pub sing.

Randal Piper led off the pub sing each day of the fair...or at least each day that we stayed to watch.

Boom Boom Shake was among those performing in the pub sing on this day.

And to help close things out, Celtica Nova made one more appearance. One more weekend to go...
