Today i like to talk about REAPS

Reaps is a producer from Great Britain that specializes in remixes

And his remixes are mainly from two bands, Depeche Mode & Nine Inch Nails

If you listened to both tracks that i placed here, you might have noticed that REAPS has the ability to change the foundation of the original songs but still he stays true to their core. And often he reaches more perfection then the original.

I have been following REAPS for about 8 years now, and i can say that Reaps is a true genius, one of a kind talent, and when you listen closely, you can feel the love and affection he has for the music he remixes. Beside Depeche Mode & Nine Inch Nails he also did some work the other project from Trent Reznor, how to destroy angels, furthermore he also remixed some work from Ministry and Faith No More (you can find these on youtube)

Unfortunately Reaps has never appeared on an official remix album of Nine Inch Nails (and there are quite some) or Depeche Mode, and personally, i think that he deserves to be on one.
