John Coltrane (soprano sax), Duke Ellington (piano), Jimmy Garrison (bass) and Elvin Jones (drums). From the album Duke Ellington & John Coltrane (1963).
Obesity and overweight is a serious public health problem. While some eat too much putting their health at risk, others have nothing to put in their mouths. It is unfair. Obesity is having an excess of fat in the body, that is, the weight of the person is greater than healthy according to their height. It can cause diabetes, hypertension and even cancer. It can be prevented by leading a healthy life and exercising.
Coltrane begins as one walks through the field observing the trees scaled by the squirrels and listening to the sparkling song of the birds. Sometimes he glimpses in the distance the presence of some wild animal. He is thinking about his own problems, trying to solve them. He turns his head around looking for an arrangement, and every time he tries harder until he gets nervous. Then Ellington enters trying to give him comfort. He gives his best advice. It seems that the talk gives results, because Coltrane returns to find the pleasure of being in nature.
