[GUIDE] Download HQ music using SoulSeek (free, an ad-free, spyware free, just plain free) for Linux, Win and Mac ( Step-by-Step with Photos)

You wonder how to download/share full quality music (mp3, wav, flac, etc. ) for no charge at all? Youtube ripping is not that good option for you? Also you want it to be an ad-free, spyware free, just plain free. It's easy, just join SoulSeek community. Its P2P network (something like torrent) where you share some of your music, and all other users share their music folder, and all users can access everyones music, so you can easily find HQ songs that you want. The community is really big, and grow up every day more and more. On SoulSeek I found dnb album that Im looking for, which was released just a day before, without a problem. So Im really enjoying using it, and I hope you will too :)

How can you do it? It's easy, just follow this steps:

• Step 1: Downloading SoulSeek
  Navigate to http://www.slsknet.org/ and go to download section, and choose your OS.
  

• Step 2: Installing SoulSeek
  After downloading SoulSeek, you need to install it. Its a next-next installing process, so it wont be complicated at all. When installation is finished you will see this icon in your system, and thats everything you need to have :)
  

• Step 3: Opening for the first time
  When you open SoulSeek for the first time it will ask you to login. Just type some username and pass, and that username will be your nickname while sharing music.
  
  Also if you want, you can share some of your music, to expand SoulSeek library.
  
  Click on select button and choose folder that you want to share.
  
  I will share my entire music folder. After selecting folder, press open, and the path will show in text box right to select button.
  
  From here you can choose who can access your folder, but we will make it accessible for everyone :)

• Step 4: Searching and Downloading Music
  To search album/song/artist that you want go to the search tab.
  
  From search tab you can search whatever you want. For example I will search Mefjus - suicide bassline song (Its really god, give it a shoot)
  
  and press on search button. After that you wait a bit and you will see the list of songs that match your search, from all different users.
  
  From there you can see details for the song, for example bit rate of song (which is criteria for my downloads).
  
  The first song looks good to me, so I will downloading it by pressing right click and selecting download file.
  
  You can also download whole folder from that user by selecting download folder and browse it by selecting browse folder.
  After putting song to download, it will show at Transfer tab.
  
  and you can see downloading progress and stats there.
  
  When download is completed it will become green and under status, you will see completed.
  
  From there you can right click on downloaded song to play it, or open download folder.
