Katrine Stochholm - En Dejlig Aften, Stille Sølvklart Vandet
Katrine Stochholm was a member of the Danish rock band Under Byen early in her career and is now making solo albums apparently. This track is a single from her upcoming album to be released in the fall, and it's great! She reminds me a little of Bjork in this one but she's definitely got her own style. It's contemplative, minimal, and beautiful. Check it out!

Oh yeah! I love the direction indy hip-hop artists are going now! Deep textures, deep lyrics, syncopated beats that pull together beautifully, dynamic arrangement. This track's got it all! BADBADNOTGOOD – Time Moves Slow (feat. Sam Herring)
This is a fantastic and prolific instrumental group that loves a good collaboration. This track comes from their newest album IV. Here they team up with Future Island's Sam Herring to produce this classically soulful track with an eerie modern twist. I love the subtle organs and the way Herring's vocals are mixed is reminiscent of classic Motown.
