I admit even though one of my fav artists Mike Herrera joined the band to play bass. The fact that it's only John as an original member I was half writing this album off. The second I heard a few songs that changed. It brought be back to buying albums in the late 90s and early 2000's. It's not them trying to sound like old stuff. It's just fucking great tunes that make me feel how I did in my younger years buying albums. I can't say enough John has written classic tunes here. Travis barker on drums and Mike Herrera on bass is just killer. 3 of my heroes from when I first got into music. I give this album a 9.5 outta 10 !
Some songs that stand out are below but also "Where did My Life Go" is a killer tune that opens up the show. It put a smile of my face. It made me wanna mosh and scream the lyrics ! It made me rember why I love this Band and I suppose more then anything John's song writing along with his skills. Mike Herrera kills it on Bass as he does in his band MxPx. it's a classic guys & gals defiantly a record you should go pick up asap. Enjoy I sure am !
