It has been a while since I wrote about the music I am listening to. You can find me everywhere, from jazzy hiphop to psytrance. I grew up with the techno-scene in Germany and I am still spending quite some time in the clubs of Berlin.
One of my favorite artists just released a track from his upcoming album which is reason enough to introduce you guys to him!
Steffen Linck originally comes from "guitar music" - North American Folk, Blues, you get the picture. He then moved to Berlin and got into electronic music. His live sets combine deep electronica basses, guitar playing and him signing. I had the pleasure to watch him play once and it has been a absolutely magical set, on a festival, with the sun rising. Tears of joy and goosebumps everywhere. It is a epic combination of emotional, calm lyrics and danceable, deep beats.
If you ever have the chance to see this guys live - I highly recommend to do so!
