Bent Knee - Being Human
Bent Knee is an 'art-rock' band,
formed in 2009 by Berklee students Ben Levin and Courtney Swain. The band incorporates ideas from essentially every genre and style, but their songs feel very cohesive and interesting, and not just a jumbled mess of experimentation. Bent Knee has opened for a number of big bands, including The Dillinger Escape Plan, and Ben Levin himself has gained a lot of notoriety for his Youtube channel on music theory and songwriting.

This song was released on their 2014
album, Shiny Eyed Babies. This is a live performance, which normally I try and avoid for these posts, as I want the listener to hear the original, intended arrangement, but in this case, the live video is equally amazing. All of these guys are incredible musicians, and have some serious skills they show off in this song.
