Mission of Burma ”Academy Fight Song”
This band is one of my all time favorites, and this album is absolutely their most solid. While every track is pretty much a banger, this song is my favorite. It’s hard to believe this is from 1981, it really sounds like it could be current. The song writing is absolutely incredible, and the use of acoustic and electric guitars really makes this song really make this an incredibly original punk song, and place it firmly in my Top 20 songs ever. This band is unknown to a lot of people, yet they influenced multiple generations of underground artists.
