Shruti Jakati, who is the principal at @muziclub has her music project named Shruti's Offbeats
She wanted to do a mash-up of the classic 'Autumn Leaves' and her own lyrics and composition.
She asked me to arrange and produce the song, and so I did.
But then she asked me to act in the music video as well 🙈. Now I am not an actor at all! Sure I've been in music videos, but that is where I just have to be myself, sing or play my keyboards. That comes naturally.
But playing a part is tough!
Most people think acting is easy, but it's NOT! Personal experience! 😅
It takes all your focus, concentrations and experience to portray an emotion which looks natural.
Take for example the initial shot of the music video below. It took me quite a while to get it right. The director was actually really nice, he made me relive a memory which really brought the emotion out!

Very nice production! I like the ambient a lot as well as the rhythm that changes / accelerates towards the end... Really good!
I've just finished my own very first video music cooperation and will publish it on steemit tomorrow :) Would be nice if you had a look at it. It's not as professional as yours at all, but maybe you'll enjoy it anyways.
