The song is about a breathing meditation I do frequently... Close your eyes and count your breathe. Count up to ten and then start over again. If you mess up or lose track of the counting, just start back at 1 and keep going. Just breathe as you normally would, or at least try to. It can be very difficult to both breathe normally while focusing on and counting those same breathes. This meditation is extremely simple, but at the same time will cause you to be more mindful while being detached at the same time. Amazingly simple, but amazingly deep at the same time.
This was a song I put out on Dsound and Dtube a couple months ago... I just messed around with the mix now that I have some new VSTs thanks to vstclub.com (that place is amazing).
