Original Digital Collage: "UFOSRVSRUS"
Original Song: "im a mf raindrop ok"
Six and a half minutes of electronic chill zone.
Launchpad Mobile exists for iPhone, which is pretty effing cool. I've been wanting to try out some pads, and this made me incredibly happy to dig in and be able to not only start creating music, but also record my own sounds into the pads and make it my own way, as well.
Easy to use interface (above) and basic-but-impressive-for-mobile individual pad editing (below). Also supports Albleton Link.
While you can purchase additional sample packs (including a remix pack for Odesza's "Say My Name") for $2.99, the app is free and will get you going making music that you can sell right out the gate. Not all sample packs are royalty-free, however, so make sure you check out the TOS for each pack if you want to check it out for yourself...which, if you like making music on the go or on the mobile in general, I highly recommend. This is a great addition to my iOS mobile DAW lineup with GarageBand and the super-impressive Shure Motiv MV88 Lightning microphone, and since I'm throwing out recommendations right now, I will go ahead and say that I absolutely can't recommend that microphone enough to anyone doing any kind of mobile recording on an iOS device with Lightning connectors.
Albiet user friendly and jump-in-able, I'm obviously still getting the hang of using pads in general, having just popped my Launchpad cherry, and am still very enamored with some of these new-to-me effects (Bells! Ooo!), so thank you for bearing with me, checking it out, and being so supportive.

I even blogged about it.

ALL proceeds from my Steemit account go toward furthering my dreams of being a full time artist and creator. This includes needed equipment, recording costs, gas to and from out of state gigs, and things like food when I'm on the road. To be a full-time creator has been my goal for as long as I can remember, and your upvotes absolutely help me get there. All of my love and thanks to you.💚
All photos, thoughts, words, and sounds, unless otherwise credited, are original works by me and images are all hosted at Imgur.
