Yeah, Cut Copy were one of the best bands in their heyday, and there are so many good remixes. Hearts on Fire had quite a few..... I saw them live once and it was one of the best shows I ever saw. Dan Whitford and his boys play all these songs live on real instruments and sound super tight, which isn't something most dance groups can do these days.
Saw them when they were on tour promoting In Ghost Colours. The Black Kids opened. They also DJed a pretty good set at a record shop in Seattle a few hours before the show. Honestly, it was one of the most high energy shows I've ever been to. Out There On the Ice is just this perfect slice of synthpop. I miss this group.
