Can't Find a Good Reason

I have decided to expand on my music series a little bit, seeing as you are able to create public playlists in Youtube, you can now go listen to my personal playlist of all the track I have reviewed on my Steemit blog.

This band really takes my way back, to my teenage years, and I discovered them a year or two after I got sucked into the awesomeness of what is punk rock music. Their music and attitude really resonated with me at that time in my life, and it still does today. Punk has always had the message of being against the establishment and government, and to a degree the control that they impose on the masses. The idea that we should all be free, and have the ability to speak out and stand up for what we believe in, a way to renounce the systems that are there to basically enslave us. This video is great take on the music industry, and how it markets music to the public.

There also has been this really great underlying comedy that is mostly only found in puck rock, especially the music videos. The idea of punk rock has always been one of being happy, fun and youthful, to laugh at ourselves first and laugh at the world. The fundamentals are to be who you are and be true to yourself, and to not conform our identities to that what society tries to impose on us. There has never been music that makes me personally feel more free than punk rock.
