Today, I have finally published the last track of the 'Summer Batch': A Latin Pop booty shaker!
It starts quite minimalist, with Spanish guitar, kick, an electric bass and percussion. Then, when the vocals kick in, a light reggaeton beat and acoustic guitars reinforce the groove. By the time the chorus comes in, the beat has developed into a powerful moombahton thump.
Now you have probably jumped out of your chair and are shaking your booty like crazy! Even better, grab your Girlfriend or Boyfriend and try some sexy dance moves: She / he will like that!
In terms of production, this one, in the Latin-Pop arena, was a little out of my comfort zone (I like that, because that is when I progress in audio prod). It was like the little black duck of the batch. Yet, it ended quite well. I wouldn’t say it has become a beautiful swan (I did not select it to land in the upcoming artist album), but my online editors should be quite happy with it.
Allez, enough blabla, time to Shake Your Booty:
Oh, and for all video producers out there, this one is opened for licensing since yesterday, with a huge amount of alternative versions to choose from:

And, I will also be uploading this track to D-Sound very soon.
Enjoy!

Hi Davood, thank you for kind words. What do you mean by 'base'? The DAW is reason running on Win7, e-bass, all guitars and synths are played by me, synth patches are designed by me most of the time and vocals are samples that I tweaked to suit the melody I had in mind. Concerning the mix, it gave me quite a few headaches: I had to go back multiple times until I found the balance I was looking for. If you are interested in my workflow, you can check a few videos I placed online about that: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqdiXgrGBxuWMSopCc4_U7Q
Thanks for your encouraging words and stay inspired!
