I enjoy using the Soundcloud service to share my music, and I'm happy to hear that, at least for the time being, it lives! I like the convenience of streaming links, and I also dig the feature which allows comments on a specific point in a song's timeline. I've posted the tracks from my solo album as well as the cover songs recorded by request, including classics by David Bowie, They Might Be Giants, and Renaissance. Please enjoy!

I've used Soundcloud for years to share music and podcasts. I'd heard they were in trouble. It's hard to get people to pay for such services. You can embed the player in a steemit post
