Happy Winter Solstice - Unique factors here: the composition's A section starts on the V chord downbeat on a tonic melody, which results in a suspension. The ascending arpeggio-suspension on the downbeat pattern plays out through vi to the IV chords at which point I change to stepwise movement until we begin descending arpeggio patterns. Stepwise diatonic movement balances arpeggiated movement as a settling down or structured, more predictable procession after ascending through arpeggios & suspension-resolution through a 2-octave range (over only 4 measures. All over a samba chord strum & percussion pattern
