I have been writing my own music for a few years now.. I guess you could classify what I write as punk or indie.. I don't really give it a name. It just is what it is. I write, record every instrument, sing the vocals and produce the music and video entirely by myself. Often times during the creative process I ask myself, why am I doing this?? Sometimes it nearly kills me, trying to finish a project --and you know that no one in the world is even going to hear it... yet that's not why I do it. It's always been a therapeutic process for me, it combines the left and right hemispheres of my brain in a way only music can. Fun fact; did you know we use more of our brains when listening to music than any activity?? <.< I'll let you ponder on that as you enjoy an original song.
