Start small. Slow. 60bpm or slower. Just individual notes. Hold each note for 4 to 8 beats. Make it a meditation. You want to love Db (Dee Flat) on your instrument as much as you love C. Move to tempo up a bit. Play it PERFECTLY! Move the tempo up a bit more.

Once you can play all your notes randomly and perfectly move to intervals. (If you get bored or stuck, or don't understand this skip it and come back)

minor 2nd. Major 2nd. Minor 3rd. Major 3rd. Perfect 4th. Tritone. Perfect 5th. Minor 6th. Major 6th. Minor 7th. Major 7th. Octave.

Go back and forth between the two notes in an interval in find the natural music in each distance.

Play them slowly. Root position first. Then 2nd inversion. Then 1st inversion. Then closest inversion.
