"Best" is of course very subjective. While all of these are really gifted and talented. I personally tend to be attracted to voices that have a unique quality to them. As such currently I like Sia more than all of these people you have listed. That is only CURRENTLY. :)

It also changes. Years ago I really liked Alanis Morrisette because she had a unique style and sound. Though in pure TECHNICAL skill she is not in the same category as most of these. So it really depends on what a person means by BEST.
