One of the most legendary and never-ending songs enjoyed by millions around the world is John Lennon's imagine song. Although this song is quite a song that has been very old since it was created in 1971, but this song seemed to never be cracked by time.

This song is always busy discussed by many people from time to time. All this because every word contained in the lyrics of the song is full of meaning, both implied and written. Deep analysis is needed to find out what the true meaning of this legend song is.

One of the most contentious is the question of purpose or invitation of this song which is considered to invite all people in this world to become irreligious, irregular, and life like a long time ago who live full of freedom. Or there is also a call this song is an invitation by atheists who do not know religion and God.

Then, is it true that this song aims like that? the answer could be yes yes no. Do not immediately worse suspect by simply digesting "raw" every word and phrase written in the poem of the song.

For example the lyrics of the song that read "no religion too" which means also no religion. In terms of the lyrics, if we digest, John Lennon invites us not to believe and lead into a world of apostasy

Meanwhile, if we interpret it deeper. It may mean that he wants to invite us to enforce everyone like no religion, where we will not discriminate against people from his religious background.

So, we are asked to imagine no religion how we treat others. Remember, just imagine! Where the point is related to the cohesion of all the lyrics of the song that invites all mankind to live in true peace.

It seems, the wise words of the deceased R.A Kartini is very suitable with the picture of this song. "Religion does keep us from sin, but how many sins have we committed in the name of religion?

Think about the excellent positive value of this song, as a whole this song invites all humanity to live peacefully, without distinction of tribe, religion, race, or class.

What matters is to live in peace in what world / life? Is it in the lives of atheists who do not know God or religion? Or in the life of the Jews we know defames God?

Here are the lyrics:

Verse I:

Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today

Verse II:

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

Chorus:

You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Verse III:

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world

Chorus:

You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
