On Friday, February 9th, Kendrick Lamar released his executive produced 14 song soundtrack to Marvel's "Black Panther." "Black Panther" the movie releases in theaters Feb. 16th and "Black Panther" the album featured some amazing artists such as ScHoolboy Q, Jorja Smith, Travis Scott, just to name a few.

TDE producer Sounwav told everyone that half of the album was done last year while they were on the DAMN tour. He went on to say, "“When we got back from the tour in September, that’s when we were able to execute our ideas and reach out to people we respect and whatnot… kind of just put the stamp on it..."

I'm almost positive that the album will go down as a classic much like the film will. I sure can't wait until the film comes out in theaters.
