I'm the lead guitarist for the reggae, hip hop, soul fusion band Collective Thought, on the debut album called Rise; to be dropped September 7th. The first single "Rise", is available on iTunes, Apple Music & Spotify. The next single is called "Stars", which is soon to be released.
All of the guitars were recorded using Reason and BiasFX. This is my remix. I slowed it down from 100bpm down to 85bpm. Split slices on each bar of the 8 bar loop and bounced to rex file. Then I used Dr. OctoRex to create a new loop, with a boom bap feel and added new guitar parts.
