Any musicians out there?

Are there any musicians or songwriters out there?

I often write words. I often think of them as songs. They are songs, if they are, with no tongue.

Maybe, given a seed, could that seed grow outward? Form a tree? I wonder about some creative seed that might give rise to inspiration to others, prompt others to move on from there, prompt others to pick up their guitars and keyboards? I wonder. The decentralised system we hope for? In terms of music in the old days, wasn't it just that? didn't we simply give what we had freely and expect nothing back? allow what we had to be enjoyed by all and modified and improved (or corrupted) by anyone that might want to do so?

Perhaps I could sing, I don't know. Perhaps I could one day learn to play an instrument - it sees unlikely since I haven't so far, my application to things is strong, just not particularly strong in that direction.

So, here goes, I'll give a bit of text, public domain. Maybe no-one cares, maybe someone does. Maybe someone wants to sing it, apply some music.

Perhaps it will "tree", perhaps it will wither.

You are welcome to it. Do what you want with it. I might be back in coming days to add a bit, maybe it will have developed by then, perhaps not, maybe I will have developed by then, maybe I will wither and die.

Outside, dark autumn prowls, that is my starting point and its intrusion into the psyche. It's not perfect, just something I dashed off, maybe someone would like to add to it...it's yours...
