Creating the album art for "Jackie Lee Vs Bruce Chan Hip Hop Battle" and a Song List!

Squint and get a sneak peak at the new songs list for the new Tetrahedroseph album "Jackie Lee Vs Bruce Chan Hip Hop Battle."

This is the album's cover.

My goal was to use the same background with one of these song lists.

Is that boring? Sure, but good enough for now. Look for more in the next one, but it's gonna be simple so that I don't get held back by the art again.

First Draft:

The image above reveals all the songs. I tried to imagine creating a simple cardboard sleeve for an album, CD, Laserdisc, or tortilla. If you were a Tetrahedroseph fan in Bandcamp you would have seen this before anyone else on any platform.

I don't like it. Too much red. I don't want purple in there at all.

Let's try again.

Ah...

That is much better. The purple was the worst part of the first draft. I used the color replace function in Picsart to change the purple into red.

In the image above, the red arrows are trying showing us how Color Replace functions. Notice the moveable target that appears after selecting Color Replace.

Move the center of the target near the color you want to replace. The white ring around the target will reflect the color you have placed in the middle of the cross hairs (+ or target). Zoom in to help select the exact color you want.

Goodbye for now purple. We'll see you in another project real soon.

Guerrilla Marketing ASSAULT Tactics!

I made these marketing images after an account I was following turned to the dark side of social media. No, not spam... well yeah, it was spammy... uh anyway, I jacked their shit. This is my first draft. It's a little too insensitive, yet, HERE IT IS!!!!!!

I think we would all get the "joke" if there wasn't a girls crotch in the image. It's not gonna be a viral.

Here is my final draft:

Do you recognize the red album announcement banner from my previous post series? Is seems to fit well. Quick and easy...

Take look at the digestion process below. It starts on the bottom right of the next image with the red number 1 inside of the white circle. NO PUNS INTENDED! STOP IT! Stop, just stop it... I don't wanna chuckle... ok I did.

That is not a hole. It's a skin colored circle. Am I as bad as they are now? Probably not as bad as facebook, but I wonder what facebook did to them the next day. You know, "Things Cut In Half"... throttled. I bet facebook censors'em in a few days.
