I saw an article once that read live music is like chicken soup for the soul. It went on to say going to concerts is part of healthy living. I have to admit, I love live music just as much as the community that gathers for the desired show. However, there is a bit of a concern for decibel levels, well for some of the shows I like anyway lol. This was such a great night. This was a show from one of my favorite groups, Incubus! Yes, I shouted that out. They have been in my playlist since there second album, S.C.I.E.N.C.E., back in the '97-'98 timeframe. Funny how "in tune" one can be with their favorite musical artist, and not want to "skip a beat". (puns intended)
Granted, this was a show they did last year to promote their latest album, 8, which is fantastic of course. We had seen them many times, always with a bit of a twist as the venues seem to change when they come through Texas. This place was especially interesting not just because it was in Austin, one of the live music capitals of the world. It was especially interesting because it was Austin360 Amphitheater, within the Circuit of the Americas sports and entertainment complex. Definitely one of the nicest venues and definitely one of 'the boys' (Incubus) best shows.
It was one of those moments that you just didn't want to end. Always important to make the most of it. Even better when in good company.

As mentioned earlier about the community, this band has always been successful with promoting such good vibes. It feels as if there is something so special with as many people as were there that night, converging for this musical purpose.
