THIS song is melting in my ears. And I don't think it matters what language this guy sings in!
I think I love this song so much because of his beautiful dialect. There are so many dialects in Norway. And I tend to have a weak spot for the dialects from the north of Norway.
This young woman has never been on my radar at all, but then she started singing in Norwegian and I became an instant fan! Listen to her beautiful voice! "Berre la meg vær" translates to "Just let me be" in English.
This is the same girl as above, Eva Weel Skram. In this video she is covering a famous Norwegian artist, he is sitting in the room when she is performing it on a TV show. There is something about this song and the lyrics that I really love. The title means "The only thing you own forever is a bad reputation", which I think is very interesting to think about.
I love this song too, I might be biased, as I know this guy, but his voice is amazing.
