“IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT…”

In our everyday life, from the moment when we jump down from our beds in the morning to the time we retire back to bed, we have consciously or unconsciously listened to a combination of various sounds that is pleasing to us. Often times, we don’t even notice that that was part of what had made our day so awesome that we can boast about it while chatting with our friends and family.
Sometimes I can’t help but wonder what my life or the world we live in would be like without the creative ability of the human mind to be able to combine sounds and most times voice(s), making it pleasant to the ears. And then it struck me!!! Life would have been so boring without it.
Now, I can perceive that you are either trying to figure out that five letters word to replace the ellipsis above or you are smart enough to have put the pieces together from the two paragraphs you have read so far.
Let me let you in on a little secret, this five letters word has touched more lives than you and I can ever imagine. For some of us, we live life appreciating it every second of the day. Do you? If yes then “Imagine a world without music!!!”
If you decide to carry out a random inquisitive interview just to feed your curiosity about other people’s perspective of music. You will discover that all that will be said will revolve around the fact that the world cannot do without music.
Music is the science and art of combining sounds in such a way as to produce beauty of form, harmony and expression of emotions through instrumentation and or voicing sometimes only voicing (Acapela). I like to think of music as “the food for the soul.” Music came into our lives as a result of the creative ability of those great human minds we call Musicians. This piece of writing will be incomplete, if I fail to acknowledge the fact that over the years Musicians have succeeded in making the world a comfortable place to live in, due their creative art of song writing, instrumentation and voicing. Whatever the genre of music you prefer or listen to, you will agree with me that that music adds a peculiar flavour to whatever it is one is doing at the moment. For instance, you are at home and you’ve got your hands full with a lot of chaos, why don’t you turn on your stereo and see what happens. My guess is that you will unconsciously begin to harmonize with your chaos due to the sonorous blasts coming out of your stereo.
I’ve tried to imagine a world without music but the truth stands firm like a tree rooted deep into the earth. The fact is, you will begin to appreciate music better if you’ve tried to imagine a world without music!!!
