"Vol.3" was Hov at his apex you'd think Jay take a year or two to let the "Vol.2" success carry over, but Jay was in dominance and work mode. as 1999 came to a close he would prepare yet another release with "Vol.3", Jay got a bit darker, some people might not put this album in the same vein as "Reasonable Doubt" and "The Blueprint" but its still a damn good album.
