This is literally the first song that I ever recorded professionally, so it's not the best in the world, but I'm still proud of how it turned out. I posted the acoustic version of this song a week ago which came out a couple years later, but this is the very first one. This song was something that I wrote right after my girlfriend and I broke up after four years of our relationship and is a song that she still listens to as my wife to this day.
I remember when I first got done with this song all I ever wanted to do was listen to it in my car because it was the first thing that I ever made that I was really proud of. I have had this experience with songs after this, but this is where I knew that I wanted to get better at music and when I really started to work on my voice and understanding of the process of composing a song.
