The "Alphorn" is a traditional swiss music instrument. You can even hear it from 5km far abway. It needs 70 hours of work to produce one and it costs around 1200-3300Euros.

I think these instruments are amazing, and so are the people who play them. They are so long and drawn out, I can imagine one would need a Swiss set of lungs to make them really sing.
