Songs and playlists instead of albums

This is the new strategy of the german label Chimperator in times of digitization and streaming services. Individual songs are released and added to a playlist that the album should be at the end.
This announces Chimperator Boss Sebastian Schweizer in an interview with the german Newspaper Stuttgarter Zeitung.

"We've noticed that people stream single tracks and less whole albums at a time - because on Spotify and other services, the next song and artist are just a click away", Sebasian Schweizer in the Interview.

However, albums in physical form will continue to exist, according to the Chimperator Boss.

Chimperator follows the trend that DRAKE has already created with
his album / playlist More Life and more and more US artists are following.
In the German-speaking area, there are already some artists,
such as AZUMJOT or TEESY (Chimperator Artist) with his new album / playlist TONES, which will be released until August 24, 2018. Until that day, all songs will be released as a single and then grab in the playlist.

Songs und Playlists statt Alben

Das ist die neue Strategie des Stuttgarter Labels Chimperator in Zeiten der Digitalisierung und Streamingdiensten. Es werden einzelne Songs veröffentlicht und in eine Playlist hinzugefügt, dass das Album am ende darstellen soll.
Das kündigt Chimperator-Boss Sebastian Schweizer im Interview mit der Stuttgarter Zeitung an.

„Wir haben gemerkt, dass die Leute einzelne Tracks streamen und weniger ganze Alben am Stück – weil auf Spotify und anderen Diensten der nächste Song und der nächste Künstler immer nur einen Klick entfernt sind“, so Schweizer.

Alben in physischer Form wird es aber weiterhin geben, so der Chimperator-Boss.

Chimperator folgt dem Trend, den DRAKE schon mit seinem Album / Playlist More Life kreiert hat und auch immer mehr US-Künstler folgen.
Im deutschsprachigen Bereich gibt es auch schon den einen oder anderen Künstler, wie z.B. AZUMJOT oder TEESY, aus dem Hause Chimperator, mit seinem neuen Album / Playlist TONES, dass bis zum 24 August 2018 erscheinen wird. Bis zu diesem tag werden alle Songs als Single veröffentlicht und dann ich die Playlist gepackt.
