I miss these great "ears on" music analysis posts. Some idiot said to me in a comment on YouTube the other day that, "Jazz music is a degenerate form of art..." What an idiot...

    @transcript-junky Good to hear from you! I'm glad you're still surfing Steemit. I have been away for awhile but have been yearning to share my thoughts again. Jazz is one of the highest art forms in human history, but it can be difficult to enjoy or even understand it. I find that once you do connect with it then it's hard to listen to anything else!
