Cette merveilleuse chanson: "Just the Two of Us" est née de la collaboration de deux artistes américains: Grover Washington Jr. et Bill Withers. On peut la trouver sur l'album Winelight (publié en 1980). En plus, il a reçu à l'époque, deux Grammy Awards: "meilleure chanson R & B" et "meilleur album de Jazz Fusion".

Notez que Grover Washington Jr. (Ce mec est une référence dans le Smooth Jazz) est également l'auteur du fameux tube "Is not No Sunshine"

Mes parents écoutaient cette musique, à l'époque, quand j'étais encore haut comme trois pommes. Et moi, tel l'adolescent prépubère, j'osais me moquer de leur musique démodée. Mais maintenant que j'ai vieilli, je comprends enfin le pouvoir magique des bonnes vieilles musiques ...

En passant, je l'ai modifié un peu au niveau rythmique: Je la joue en 3/3 au lieu de 4/4. (Désolé pour les puristes)

Aussi, excusez-moi pour la terrible prononciation des paroles, bon vous, français, vous m'excuserez sûrement. Car, faut l'avouer, on a l'un des pires accent anglais au monde. Haha. Et oui, aussi, je suis plus guitariste que chanteur, mais ... J'aime chanter. Peut-être que je devrais garder cette activité exclusivement en concert privé pour mon pommeau de douche? Ou peut-être que ça vous motivera à en fait autant? Quoi qu'il en soit, cela importe peu. Musique!
