Just stumbled across this song and I love it. I always like these kinds of graphical thing where they do things that don't make any sense. Helps me unwind and get out of the gutter that is politics and news.
What music are you listening to tonight?
Krewella - Live for the Night (Explicit)
Another one I really like by Krewella shows how people are sitting around wasting their life on electronics. If you look closely at their eyes you can see an effect highlighting that they are some sort of zombie drones, a nice touch. And later in the video Krewella and her team turn off all the power to the city, and the "zombies" go to the nearby powerplant where the music is blaring(and are converted back to being humans having fun). That's how I interpreted it anyway ;)
Avicii - Levels
Sadly Avicii committed suicide on April 20th, 2018. He was a very depressed person who had issues. I really liked his song Levels that highlighted the monotony of the common workplace. The cubicle dwellers and their boring existence(hey I am one of those!).
LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem ft. Lauren Bennett, GoonRock
When this came out at first I didn't really care for it. The music video was fun to watch and had a playful randomness to it. This music video shows that music is a "contagion" and ever since the video came out people keep shuffling! There really is something to hearing a catchy tune that sticks in your head, which is really funny that this song is poking fun at that because it got stuck in everyone's head and got 1.5 billion views!
GQ Podcast - Liquid Dubstep Mix & Koven Guest Mix [Ep.122]
(turn your bass up to 100% for this one).
Going Quantum was a rising star in the dubstep/edm/chillstep/whatever scene. He made a huge YT channel where he did a lot of remixes and collabed with tons of artists. Eventually he got to be soo good that MonsterCat hired him. I wish he still made mixes every week as I literally only listened to his mixes for years. Most of the mixes he made are insanely good and better than the original.
[Electronic] - Fractal - Fire Away (feat. Danyka Nadeau) [Monstercat LP Release]
(turn bass to 75% for this treble to 100%)
This one is always a great one for gaming. Has a really good bass to it that is pretty smooth. Lyrics are interesting. Starts off with them talking to ground control asking their status. They are preparing for re-entry into atmosphere. Then it goes into them being fearful coming back.
Obligatory Darude Sandstorm and Daft Punk Around The World!!
I mean cmon, who doesn't love hearing this over and over and over and over and over again. Filling your head for weeks on end of "AROUND THE WORLD AROUND THE WORLD".... ;)
