Formed in 1997, the Detroit horrorcore rap duo Twiztid where signed to Psychopathic Records in their early days and are now with Majik Ninja Entertainment will be starting their "The HIGHnamic Duo Tour" on Saturday, April 4th in Laconia, NH and then a few days later in Providence, Rhode Island at Alchemy. As of this writing, tickets are not on sale just yet but you can visit Twiztid's event page at bandsintown.com
Twiztid has released 12 studio albums and have appeared on multiple compilations. Their debut album "Mostasteless" was released to Psychopathic Records before following Insane Clown Posse to their new home at Island Records in 1999.
The 12th studio album titled Generation Nightmare was released on April 26, 2019. The cover art is based on the nu metal generation and their experemental art featured on Twiztid's 5th album "Mutant" which was the second half of the "Man's Myth/Mutant" double alvum which was released on July 26th 2005. Later in 2015 the band remixed and remastered Mutant and re-released "Mutant" in 2016.
"The HIGHnamic Duo Tour" has many special guests but the one band that will be sticking with them for the full duration of their world tour will be Slane. From April 4th to May 2nd the will be performing non-stop and arrive in Pontiac at The Crofoot to celebrate 420.
