I started two days ago with a post about Basslines which, for me, determined the song for me.. Sort of speak without that bassline the song wouldn't be that special. At the bottom of this post you can find a link to the first part.

In this post I will continue with some great basslines that made the song, from my perspective of course.

The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army

This was the first song my son learned at guitar lessons.. The riff is absolutly the carrier of this song..

Michael Jackson - Bad

Although it's a synthy bass, just play the riff and people know exactly which song you're playing..

Level42 - Lessons in love

Source
Slapping and popping..... the drive behind the sound of Level42...

Pink Floyd - Money

Source
This could be the theme song of Steemians like Jerry :)

Green day - Long view

Source
Walking bass 2.0

Ozzy Osbourne - Crazy Train

Source
Although it's just the intro and theme between, it's typical for this song..

Stevie Wonder - I Whish

Source
Funk, funk, funk.....

The Police - Roxanne

Source
Need I say more.....No I didn't think so...

The Red Hot Chillipeppers - Around the world

Source
Flea is for me the real deal, without his bass in the peppers music they lost power...

The Trammps - disco inferno

Source
Synthy bass, main theme trough the song...

Stevie Wonder - Master Blaster

Source
Typical Reggae riff combined with a funky punch... A thankfull riff for soundchecks, everbody knows ;)
