Drake does it again, this time with a collaboration with the queen Lauryn Hill, by sampling “Ex Factor” off of her chart topping album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” The video takes the song to a higher level and pays homage to the women’s movement, which is still being chipped away at in 2018 and beyond. The paradigm shift continues and the video features women in the unconventional lights. Although, there are some (myself previously included) in the industry who view the stereotypical rap video as degraded and objectifying women, but those videos shed light on to the bigger picture of what’s really going on behind the scenes in the music industry.
Boss ladies featured in “Nice for What,” include Misty Copeland, Tiffany Haddish, Black-ish's Tracee Ellis Ross and a red carpet list of powerful women.

Michelle Chen emphasizes, "Why should a women be imprisoned for stealing food to feed her family?" When she should be offered food assistance or a job.

Words that start with W … Women, Wisdom, Worthy, Willpower and it’s not a trend for the melting pot of New York – wink.
