Canciones que sanan

Esta es una lista de las canciones que a mí me han servido para llorar, sanar, sonreír. No son las típicas canciones de "si tu no estas yo me muero" o "si ya no estamos juntos ya no quiero vivir" o "Sin ti no soy nada". Estamos acostumbrados a este tipo de letra, sin embargo si habláramos así en nuestro día a día probablemente nos sentiríamos co-dependientes, deprimidos etc.

De vez en cuando se escriben canciones que en además de entretener, sanan heridas, nos dan una sensación de esperanza y tranquilidad. Nos motivan. La música es realmente poderosa, conecta nuestros sentimientos de una forma intensa, me atrevería a decir que más que la lectura.

Para mí esta canción significa aceptación, amor incondicional y pensamiento anti- catastrófico. La música en sí ya es totalmente preciosa, el final de la canción evoca muchos sentimientos.
Alanis es una excelente escritora y está muy en contacto con lo que siente.

Esta canción me parece genial porque muestra cómo una persona puede perderse en una relación, anularse y volverse sumiso olvidando que tiene valor, derechos y opinión propia. (No tiene video oficial)

Esta canción es muy poderosa, habla acerca de una mujer que decide por fin ser ella misma, lo que le costó hacerlo y cómo las personas alrededor se extrañan de su cambio. Ojo con el minuto 3:15 (se me ponen los pelos de punta) y el momento de 3:55 cuando dice "I will never be perfect, but at least I'm brave", esta frase es sanadora, intensa.

Escucha esta canción si: los cambios que estás haciendo en tu vida hacen que los demás te cuestionen o si te está costando mucho trabajo dar el paso y cambiar debido a que temes las críticas ajenas.

Esta canción es genial, debo admitir que es de mis cantantes favoritos. Habla acerca de cómo no quedarse "enganchado" en una relación conflictiva ya que el autor se da cuenta que la forma en como se comporta su novia no es realmente culpa suya sino la forma en cómo ha sido criada. Toca el tema de cómo los patrones destructivos se pasan de padres a hijos.
