Hello World!

I’m Cat, the bass heady!
You might’ve seen me at an event, or through social media, but my home base is out in the sticks of Washington State (about 30 min from Portland Oregon). I’m self employed as an insurance broker, and a Dutch Bros barista. A little about myself is nearly impossible when my toes have been dipped into so many pots. I’ve given public speeches, hosted parties, trained & shown horses, danced competitively, cat-walked runways, designed & made clothes . . . the list goes on! Essentially, it took YEARS of job jumping and change to find the slightest bit of balance and direction.

But finding a doorway . . . that’s another story!. . .
This all began with letting a passion grow, flower, and manifest into a reality. A lifestyle that makes my heart sing. I am a bass head. A bass head with a heady twist, and I fell in love with the event scene. The music, art, and LED lights. I found a new love for people. Those who attend, the participants & volunteers, and even those whose festival days are over but hearts remain touched and open. The environment at these events always seems to represent connectivity and holding each other together as a community! Each event holds the potential for life changing growth and self discovery. The gates to these events is like a doorway into an alternate world of magical and endless cultures.

I travel to music festivals & raves (mainstream & underground) to explore, connect, and grow with everyone. I blog to express myself and share experiences. My mission is to inspire people to live fearlessly through creativity and self expression! What makes your heart sing?
