This is the first post on Steemit I've read. I just joined too, another Aussie music maker. I make electronic music and play drums in a psychedelic rock band in Perth. I just make music on the side for fun but I think Steem seems such a great idea, a progressive step to liberate all of us from our financial burdens. I really hope it helps us all spend our days doing what we love, not doing what we must. Good luck to you Adam!

gday mate, yeah i think this is a great idea, hopefully it will bring the power back to musicians to make a living from it once again.
