Hello @ricia .. hope you've been keeping well. Glad you enjoyed my choice this week :) Yeah I've been into natural cures and medicine since I was a child, if you look at the bottom of that one there is a link to one of my first posts about it, plus I wrote another one about heart health. :)

Yeah I enjoyed your choices this week, nice 80's sound .. can't quite put my finger on it but some shades of Hughie Lewis & The News. Thank you for the music my friend .. and thank you for the introduction
