Your question is just like a proverb, in my own perspective judge book by its cover here simply means judging people with their physical look. There are some people in this life which they will do good to you in public but when you left them, they will talk bad about you. This also goes to some ladies which they pretend to love a guy physically which the guy has thought he has found whom he will get married to but unfortunately the lady will betray him. There are some people's which people will talk about them in public badly but they are the nicest and trustworthy person. My piece of advice to all human being in this life is that we should try to study one another very well before jumping into conclusions.
