Nice observation. It's true that for the last few months, Musers haven't really upvoted each other's work and it's not exactly nice but I'll tell you why. About 6 months ago, at the end of January, musing lost its delegation. It used to have a 1,000,000+ SP delegation and back then, it was was as active as any dApp could get. Musers would read, curate and comment on each others work and upvoted would fly around because we were all enjoying what we were doing. Once even, someone asked a question, it was "who we think answers questions best on musing" and I was really surprised when someone said my brother and I, were the ones for him. Others mentioned different people and I myself said @runicar was the best. That question and it's answers were evidence that Musers really did take out time to read each others questions and answers. But then musing lost the delegation and the price of steem dropped drastically. Since then, most Musers have abandoned ship.
The amount of users on musing are nothing compared to what it used to be. I've been musing for almost a year now so I know what I'm saying. The activity here has really reduced because musing is barely staying afloat. In January musing used to upvote over 60 posts about three times a day but now it's really reduced and I understand that it's been hard to keep it all going but it's super cool that they're still going and bit by bit, their SP is growing. I don't know how long you've been on musing but it can't be that long. I just ask that you try to imagine musing as it was and not as it is. Answer as many questions as you can and upvote as many as you can. One day musing will be as strong as it was those months back. And it have its own SP in the millions, we just have to work hard to get it there. Each and every one of us has to put in the work and musing will be the greatest dApp on the steem platform again
Musing hasn't bothered with development for some time.
The website works, but it's not always displaying the correct number of votes and value of content.
In addition, their curator(s) seems to like to upvote plagiarized answers with 50-100% votes. It's a complete sham.
