mentioning to give upvote at the last of any post on steemit is right or wrong?
i want to know if people get offended or actually give upvotes by reading stuff

Definitely don't ask for upvotes in comments. That tends to go down badly.
Adding an upvote / resteem message at the end of your post is OK but it's unnecessary. People are already aware of the options. My guess is that more people would be turned off upvoting by that kind of message than would be persuaded by it.

Feel free to ask, beg, negotiate for upvotes all you want. It's not gonna be sustainable in the long run.
There should only be one reason for people to upvote you; they find value in your content.
Whether it's because what you post is so great that people get wowed, or you've been an overall solid Steemian that people know who you are and chose to upvote your content to support you.
Start with making sure your content is great. While you dont need to be the next Tim Ferriss or Casey Neistat, make sure you at least put yourself into other people's shoe and look at your post from an outsider perspective; would people read your stuff?
You think you have great content, awesome. But the best theater shows are useless if there is no audience. Build your audience (make friends, write what your target demography wants to read), join a community, get people to know your name so that they'd follow you and read your stuff. Would you be much more curious of what your favorite Steemian has posted compared to some guy in "new" section?

Well asking for upvotes is not a crime on the steemit platform but i think the best approach in order to succeed on steemit is that the person should consistently deliver good content,the more quality contents you dish out then the more upvotes you will get without asking for it

In my opinion, we can't asking upvote from another steemians. Begging upvote is forbidden. Just try to make a good post based on your passion, and use an interesting language, to attract more people to read our post, and if they find something new and useful, they will give you an upvote.

If you write quality content article everyone will upvotes your post. But asking is like a begging to others. If you don't get upvotes after writing a quality post you can use bid-bot services.
