The best thing to do is invest in SP in my opinion. You are going to earn interest on that SP without having to do anything. Your vote will also be worth more if you accumulate SP which in turn will earn you more curation rewards. If you just hold SBD then you are not really earning anything unless SBD goes up in value and you sell it for a profit.

If you are investing in steemit then you can better go for steem power because steem power you will get return easily after 3 months and you can also build a high profile steemit account with the help of steemit and can earn huge amount after having good blogs.
If you only invest in steem dollar you can pay to several bots you can use them to get boost of your post very easy and this step is at risk because the amount you get in interest in not fix it will be more or less also.
So the better is you go with steem power and can withdraw after 3 months whatever the price of steem will be on that day.

All it depends how much amount you want to invest. i would like to invest 90% of amount in Steem Power and remaining 10% in Steem Dollor.
Why i chose steempower because it gives you the better voting right. and thus enables you to earn more through curation. and if you don''t have time you can also delegate your voting power to someone in need and in return you are earn money.
However, my point of view is that one should also spend some time on steemit and contribute towards the community and also earn through it.

Depends on the amount you are trying to invest. If you are talking about around 5000 or more worth of Steem Power then definitely go for Steem Power. However if you are only trying to invest around 500SP then personally I think you should go with SBD.
This might be an unpopular opinion to some but using bid-bots has his own set of upsides. If your articles/contents are at least of decent quality, then promoting them with bid-bots would surely yield some profits.
In case your article/contents are that not much great. At least you are still getting some SP from bid-bot vote. You might lose some cents but you have gained some visibility and followers which is more important long-term.

if you are a creater or do anything which is original and like by people then you just need a recognition for that you have to invest on steem dollar to buy bots to came on hot list or trending page so that people start following you and if you cant create content then you can invest in steem power and start delegating power to others buy becoming bot
