Why Bitcoin Is Not Reaching $10000?

Hey steemians, there would be a lot reason for btc falling but I personally think that MARKET MANIPULATION BY WHALES & BITCOIN FUTURES CONTRACTS AT CME GROUP are the biggest reason.... What about you? What do you think, why Bitcoin is not reaching $10000?

    since the beginning of 2018 we have noticed that problem of legality and other are being hurdle to crypto currency industry. But now everything is over and we will surely see the bull run in the price and it will reach $10,000 and break this level soon.
